The Racine Kenosha Builder's Association Parade of Homes is complete for 2009.

The attendance was one of the only parades in Wisconsin that had an increase
in attendance over last year. The 2009 Parade featured models representing 9
homes and 5 builders. The builders that participated were Tradewell Builders,
Korndoerfer Development, Newport Builders, DDR Builders and Jerde Builders and
Designs. This years' models showcased the back to basics in model homes.

The following awards were presented:

Member's Choice Single Family:
The Carlton by Korndoerfer

Member's Choice Multi-Family:
The Veranda by Tradewell Builders

People's Choice for Best of Show:
The Cedarbrooke by Tradewell Builders

We would also like to thank all of the contractors and subs that provided
materials and work on the models. A huge thank you to Kellie Zierk of
Carpetland USA and Flooring Center for chairing the parade and to
Perma Structo, Inc for their sponsorship in the 2009 Parade of Homes
but most of all we need to thank all of the attendees, without your
attendance the Parade would not be a success.
